Kids Red Cross Swimming
WHAT IS AQUATOTS?
AquaTots is a rewarding water experience for adults with young children. It introduces infants and toddlers to the joys of water activity while developing basic skills, and teaches parents/caregivers how to ensure safety at all times.

AquaTots is a three-part program for young children and their parents/caregivers. We recommend that infants start the program when they can hold their heads up independently. Children stay with the program until they are ready to move up to AquaQuest, usually at age three.

We at Progress Fitness divide the AquaTots program into 2 areas:
• Parent and Tot - 3 to 18 months
• Aqua Tot Three - 18 months to 4 years

WHAT IS AQUAQUEST?
Welcome to AquaQuest! Your child is about to set out on an exciting journey-a fun and rewarding adventure that will offer lifelong skills to stay safe in, on and around the water. AquaQuest is an exciting 12-level program for ages three and up. It features water safety and swimming skills, taught according to three guiding themes:
Prepare! - before you head for the water;
Stay Safe! - while having fun in, on and around the water; and
Survive! - know what to do if something does go wrong.

Remember to make sure there is always close and constant adult supervision, preferably from a lifeguard, when your child is in, on or near the water. We wish you a safe and happy journey. Dip in...let the adventure begin!

Adult Swim Lessons and/or Stroke Improvement
HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?
Afraid of the water? Never learned to swim? Looking to improve your swimming style? Training for a Triathlon? Here at Progress Fitness we offer one-on-one training lessons for adults of all ages. We work with your around your schedule. Our pool is open from 6am to 10pm Monday to Thursday; 6am to 9pm on Friday; and 8am to 6pm on Saturday; 9am to 5pm on Sunday.

Former competitive Swim Coach with years of experience will work people of all ages and skill levels. Instructors are always committed to working with individuals who have a love for the water, and the need to improve.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?
• A 25 meter lap style pool, heated to 82°
• We offer  private swim lessons scheduled for your convenience.
• Access to single lane training for stroke improvement

• Cost is affordable, only $180 for 6 lessons
